Cooling Systems in Multi Plant Utilities:

• The typical multi-plant utility spends millions of rupees a year on bleach, bromide, and other biocides to keep heat-exchange surfaces clean and to control biofouling in cooling systems.

Biological Contamination:

• Cooling water systems provide an ideal environment for microbial organisms to grow, multiply, and cause deposit problems in heat exchange equipment.
• Microbial growth can strongly influence corrosion, fouling, and scale formation, if not controlled properly. Macrofouling can be caused by various species of clams, mussels, and other marine organisms attaching to the piping, reducing water flow and increasing corrosion.

TAD Technology Design:

• This equipment consists of stainless steel chamber which houses all the electrodes.
• When the equipment is switched on the electrodes housing which is connected to the water line will generate silver, copper & Chloride Ions. The Dual ionization electrode will disintegrate and release Nano sized ions.
• The dosage of ions can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the current control.
• The required dosage can be set by measuring the copper ions in water using the field testkit.
• These together, synergistically will handle Algae, Bacteria and Virus in waterand can destruct them in no time.
